Oh my goodness..I'm a HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT !!!!

and I'm proud to be one =) yes, I am...Hey..Bill Gates is a high school drop out too...and he's freakin' rich now !!!!!!! LOL

Spent 10 whole years in EIS..time to leave!! I remember telling my parents that even if they want to move me to BPS, I wouldn't move. That was years ago...But now, if they told me that they'll move me to BPS, I wouldn't hesitate to say YES !!

I admit that there are bad teachers everywhere, no matter where you move to. Like Wat said, there're can't be a school with all perfect teachers. That is so true. BUT once the ratio of good teachers to bad teachers drops....It's time to leave that school. And that's what's happening to EIS right now...

EIS wasn't a bad place to study several years back..In fact, it was quite great! I remember people going "Oh, EIS!!" last time. Now is "O_o EIS?" with a sarcastic tone. Yupp..a sarcastic tone. *sighs*

I never hated school. No, I'm not joking..I really loved school, and I always did. Until this year. I used to be so happy on Sundays because I get to go back to school the next day. Now, I countdown to Fridays. Yup. Monday comes, and I'm like "4 more days to go." When it's finally Friday....I'm just sooooooooo relieved and want my weekend to last FOREVER. But it never does T_T

I repeat. This is the first time I've ever hated and dread going to school. I mean..school's a nice place to be. You get to learn stuff..and you get to play...right? But when you are forced to learn stuff you don't want to learn...or the teachers make learning a total bore...who wants to study??

I'll give a real life example here. I don't think I need to sensor names here..coz it is so obvious.

I know for sure that I don't want to do business in the future. I don't want to be a businesswoman, for goodness sake! I only studied Gen Biz this year because it's mandatory. I can't graduate without it. Besides, I signed up for chemistry and life skillsclass this year, but the office won't let me take chem and life skills has only 1/2 credit. I didn't know what to do..so I called Kham (I don't know what I called him). He told me that he's taking Thai culture and Gen Biz, so I decided to follow him, since both of these subjects were mandatory - had to take them either now, or later. STUPID DECISION, CHARMAINE!!

Yup...so I got into Gen Biz class the first day..and Mr Tommy was just so irritating. "I didn't ask you to come into this class. You came into this class on your own will, so listen to me" Blah blah blah.......NO!! I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE BUSINESS!! THE OFFICE FORCED ME TO TAKE IT. IF I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT FOR GEN BIZ, I CAN'T GRADUATE, FOR GOODNESS SAKE!! I dreaded Gen Biz even more.

Actually, Gen Biz isn't too bad. It is a super easy subject...mostly common sense. You guys would agree with me. It IS common sense...unless the common sense isn't too common nowadays.....

I have no problems following in class...Mr Tommy's tests are easy too.

Two reasons - no, make it 3 - reasons why I don't like Gen Biz.

I was forced to take the freakin' subject

I'll be polite here and say "Mr Tommy is just not one of my favorite teachers." - I did not ask you to come into this class" and his extremely lame jokes.

The textbook is freakin' old!! It was printed in 1996, for goodness sake!! It's been 10..now 11 years!! The book mentions things like "Nowadays, PCs are becoming smaller and many people have them at home." or "Many banks are now offering electronic banking services such as the ATM." or "Credit/debit cards are becoming widely used." My brother is 11 years old. HE HAS A DEBIT CARD!!!!

Now..Let's move to Biology. Everyone knows I wanted to be a doctor. That was my dream since I was in GRADE 3!! Now having studied biology...I just gave up that dream. 7 years, people. 7 years. I've always dreamt of myself wearing a white robe with a sethoscope around my neck walking around the hospital. Now? *sarcastic laugh* NO WAY!! And again, it's the teacher.

I understand about studying protists/fungi. We have to understand them and how they reproduce (so we can restrict them) and how they cause diseases. But what is it about learning parts of a plant? Oh yeah..hyphae spreads here..and mushrooms grow...and what's the big deal??? And why do we have to know what animals have what body symmetry - whether they have radial symmetry or bisymmetry or whatever it's called?!!!

Enough of complaining about school. We're done with biology, Rashee...Ain't that great? At least it's over for me (just for now). In 5 months' time I'd be in a Junior College!! I'm so happy. And I'll make it into ACJC. I WILL. (I hope hahaha)

Yup...I'll be taking A maths and economics classes in 2 weeks time. And I'm going to get good grades on my IGCSE and SPERS exams. I WILL. TRUST ME.

Once again...I'm a high school drop out, and proud to be one!!

EIS Band Family

I looked through Sir Big's drawers today..and I found something....which is really precious to all of us..the EIS Band pioneer members.

I remember when I first joined the EIS Band...I was in 6th grade..along with my best mates: Prae, Fiat, Kham, and Acey. [Did I leave out anyone? Oh oh...Tua too] The 7th graders were: Mai, J' Nut, Pat, Champ, Vanich, Crown, Duang, and I think that's all..

I remember struggling to play the flute...and Prae and I actually hated Sir Big. In Grade 7 we even told Sir Big that we didn't want to be in the Band anymore..we wanted to take up guitar class with whatever-the-teacher's-name was. LOL.

Anyone remember Washington Post March? That song was soooo tough...and until today, I can't play it smoothly yet..[nvr practiced haha]

Well..I don't remember much about what happened when I was in Grade 6...I remember our blue t-shirts..and I remember the Pat incident..how could I ever forget, Mai? hahahahaha...but that's an old, old, old, prehistorical event now...

Grade 7 was the big thing...we got to play at Imact Arena, Muangthong Thani!! So proud...remember the Band camp? I'm not gonna talk about it..It was a sad period of time for me...

So...back to the CD

I thought it was the video of our trip to หาดเตยงาม. Turns out that it isn't. SAD. It was the video of all our performances...Sports Day, Funfair, International School exhibition at Queen Sirikit...

Kham and Fiat still had boyish voices. Funny how Kham acted like he was a grown up..when he had such a funny boyish voice =D I had my hair pulled back in a ponytail..and yes..my ears DID stick out =P Ooh was a bit fat...maybe because his shirt was small..that's why it made him look fat...

I listened to the songs we played..the four songs: Marine March, Colonel Bogey, The Thunderer, and Notre Dame Victory March. I also listened to Somewhere out there and You'll never walk alone. Romantic songs..that'll just make you cry...and I almost did T_T

Hey guys..remember when we went to หาดเตยงาม? 3 หนุ่ม 3 แว่นกับเด็กชายตาตี่..I really wanna know who were the 3 หนุ่ม 3 แว่น..Ooh, Kham, Fiat? or Ooh, Jump, Kham? or Ooh, Fiat, Jump? or Ooh, Jump, Fiat? haha..so many combinations !! It's like..If you have Ooh, you'll have Jump too. If you have Fiat, you'll have Kham...Well..I really can't remember !! hahahaha

Remember we did not want to eat so much for lunch...so that we had enough money for a really good seafood dinner? Remember that Duang and Jane dropped their camera into the sea when we went snorkeling? HAHAHA Remember Kham rented a bike and rode it on water? hahaha that was funny......I remember when we went snorkeling, my gogles were too tight..and I just couldn't wear it..can't adjust it...I got so frustrated......and Ooh gave me his goggles..I looked down..."argh not nice" haha Remember our sand fight?

HEY! remember what Sir Big said "เจอหอยเม่นให้รีบเหยีบ" HAHAHAHAHA

I really miss you guys...I really don't know what life would be if you guys weren't there...

Prae - You're my best best friend...I don't think it's so easy to replace you with someone new..4 years, girl...4 years...best friends are forever!! YOU ROCK!

Ooh - You're just great man...I know I hurt you a lot...but..you were always forgiving....Thanks man...you're the best too !! Good luck in Las Vegas..You're a great drummer too..just a bit too soft..Miss your guitaring!!

Jump - Didn't mention you in my 'essay'...you're a great friend too..miss you loads........meet up soon yeah?

Acey - เด็กชายตาตี่........Where are you? CA? Knew you since 1st grade!! But we've nvr been close..anyway..take care...

I woke up at 9.10 A.M. this morning and wondered why no one attempted to pull me out of bed...

We're officially on hols now!! woots...well...one week of hols is enough...haha...then a few more weeks of school..then...wow wow wow!! three months of summer hols before school commences in August. How great can that be??? hahahaha

[btw I'll blog in English today...coz Jasmine was complaining about my blog being in Thai haha]

So..yesterday..Songkran celebration in school. I was not supposed to have class for the whole day coz Thai Culture students were supposed to be selling stuff the whole day. I went to English class though..had a test. Did I have a choice? lol

The ceremony was good..okay..no biggie. School stuff are never fun. The EIS Band had to do the opening ceremony, as usual. Then we had the dances and stuff. Weird eh...how come we made a mistake??? But no one knew..so NEVERMIND!! I don't think I'll put up any pictures..coz they aren't clear. Mom took them hahaha

Well..I was kinda shocked actually. I didn't expect that there were so many people out of class!! I was selling num kang sai (is it called ice mountain in English? Oh man I miss Singapore's Ice Kachang!! slurp). It was great fun man..really really fun hahaha Yes, it was fun to play with the ice too!! I nvr grow up, eh?

At 2.00 P.M., we were allowed to play with water. woots. but I didn't. I was sitting in class when there were lesser and lesser people buying our food. Listening to music...radio's good!! haha (ผีเผ้าวิทยุ ใช่มั้ยพี่บี) Fine..I'll send my demo to 95.5 Virgin Hitz. Can't wait. hahaha I'm planning to record my demo everyday during this one-week holiday. lalala.........

Oh man...I can't stop laughing. I sent an email to CJC enquiring about admissions and stuff. I typed:

วันนี้ตื่นมาแล้วเห็นว่าแดดส่องเข้ามาในห้องน้อย "ฝนตก!" แอบดีใจ แต่พอหันไปดูนาฬิลา..โถ่เอ๊ย ที่แท้เพิ่ง 6.30 เอง เศร้าเลย 555 นอนต่อๆ ตื่นมาอีกทีก็ 8.30 จริงๆ ก็ไม่อยากตื่นหรอก แต่ต้องไปเรียนภาษาจีน...ก็เลย..นะ

พอเรียนภาษาจีนเสร็จก็ไปเดิน Central World ก็..ขับผ่าน GMM Grammy Place...เริ่มละๆ เริ่มนึกถึงตอนไปอบรม...เห้อ อยากจัดรายการจัง..........แล้วพอหันไปมอง..ก็เห็นว่ามันมีงานอะไรก็ไม่รู้หน้าตึก..เห็น DJ บางคนยื่นพูดๆๆ อยู่อ่ะ คนเยอะ น่าหนุก

อย่างแรก - ทานข้าว !! Central Food Hall was disappointing...there wasn't even pasta!! Hmph..should have went to Food Loft instead...

Then I went to Power Buy to look at phones and the VDO iPod. I thought there was an electronic fair there. They didn't even have the phone I wanted. I dunno..maybe I'll get the Sony Ericsson w810i....*thinks hard* As for the iPod..still not sure whether to get it or not.........

Went to Super Sports after the disappointment at Power Buy. I saw a couple of pairs I liked - Nike and G-Unit. มันไม่ลด ไม่ซื้อ

Went to see bags...Saw Outdoor and Dakine or whatever it is. Quite nice I must say. ไม่ลดอีกละ ไม่ซื้อดีกว่า

Look, there was a storewide discount - up to 80%!! And yet the things I like aren't on discount. GRR.....เป็นอย่างงี้ทุกครั้งเลย ของที่อยากได้ก็ไม่เคยจะลด จริงๆแล้วถ้าเราต้องการ+อยากได้มากๆ ก็ซื้อไปแล้วอ่ะ ไม่ว่าจะลดหรือไม่ลด แต่แบบว่า นี่มันลดยกร้านเลยนะ แล้วมันดันไม่ลดของที่เราอยากได้ งอน ไม่ซื้อ 555 ไหนๆ ก็รอมานานแล้ว..รอไปอีกซักพักก็ได้..เดี๋ยวก็เจอของดี..ใช่มะ.....

Watched a bit of the Summer Fave program downstairs. The drums were good! haha The program was interesting until so-and-so Mananger of so-and-so companies were interviewed. They were soooo boring. Managers weren't born to entertain eh?

My bro went to Toys 'r' Us...so I went into Asia Books next door. I got a book by...erm Stephen King. It's called Cell. It's about some cell phone virus that would attack you once you swtiched on your phone. Should be interesting.......So...ในที่สุด I FINALLY BOUGHT SOMETHING!! haha

Let's talk about the fashion in school now. Two things: Solving the cube and the thread thingy.

The Rubrik's Cube Fashion (aka Chilling): I think it started from Ms. Esther. I heard she gave her students each a cube or smth..I'm not too sure..anyone want to correct me? [My goodness, I sound like Ms. Markie - I'll talk about her in just a bit.] I must say that I've seen the cube around for ages...but I've never seen a person in real life solve it. Yeah..I watched it on TV..one of the TVB Virtues of Harmony series [seen the series before? really good drama]. I bought a cube like...erm...I think after watching that series =P never able to solve it. Argghhh..Then we moved..and I found the cube ssitting in a display shelf. Broken. I tried to 'solve' it....and broke it even further =D hahahahahaha

The Thread Thiny Fashion: I'm sure about this one..coz my best friends started it!! Cool? Well, Ness [Laura's sister] taught Laura to do it. Then Laura taught Yada...and now, she's teaching everyone!!! hahahaha..Laura did make a friendship bracelet for me for Christmas, along with my so-called hp sock. It really isn't a sock..it's a case, girl..Sock (or socks) are the ones I got you for Christmas!! The soccer socks!! Bright green!!! woootss..Back to the thread thiny. I learnt one pattern today!! I shall call it the 'single-helix' design as Laura said she'll teach me to do the DNA one.

Me: "What DNA one?"

Laura: "It's like the one you learnt, but instead of one of these [she points], you have two of them. They look like the double helix of DNA."

Me: "Oh. Cool."

Here's a pic of the one I did. I'm so proud. If you know me well enough, I'm NOT a handicraft person. NOT AT ALL!! I rmb doing cross-stitches. hahaha...I started with I think a bookmark. It was a small piece of work, but I didn't finish it. Roy could do it so well. How do you do it, cozzie? Then I bought some other designs when I went shopping with my grandmother. She's good! I started doing some..then I stopped. She finished it for me. The lastest one was many years ago. It was a picture of a kid soaking in the bathtub with lots of bubbles. Nice one. I liked it. I got almost nowhere - just a few rows of the bathtub, and I was fed up. It sat there for at least a year. When my grandmother came and had nothing to do, she completed it for me!!! haha I did do some beads stuff. Necklaces and bracelets..It was way better than the cross-stitches. I completed many of them! Nice ones!! hahaha And today, I finished this 'single-helix'!!

Battle of the Brains..today the Sophomore II team beat the Junior whatever team COMPREHENSIVELY!! It was fun going up against them =) I got so excited when it came to "What is the number 3 in Japanese?" I rang the bell (vigorously, as usual) and stuck the mic at Lek's mouth so he could say the answer. But I did it way too hard. It hit his mouth, and I think it bled V_V I'm sorry...เราขอโทษจิงๆ นะ เล็กคงไม่เป็นไรมากเนอะ

Sophomore II team against the Freshmen II team. I dunno..did we win? The questions were sooo hard!! I have two things for you guys to learn:

1. Frederick Milton Lee discovered the element HYDROGEN.
2. Oxymoron discovered the element OXYGEN.

REMEMBER THAT!! hahahaha. I actually answered that in the Battle of the Brains. That was how desperate!!

Exam's O-VER !!! Holiday tmr...woooots C'mon guys, lemme hear you cheer!! Been a pretty busy week, hasn't it? Only that I felt lazy all week long, so I kinda slacked through everything =P Ahh hope my 3rd qtr grades are good =) You know my goal...GPA of 4.00 for 3rd and 4th qtr...but I strongly doubt I would get it....haix

Today...

"Class, let's start a new lesson." says Mr. Mayo happily.
"No, Sir." shouts one of the students in 10D class.
"HUH? Why?" Mr. Mayo appears confused.

Then came the Gen Biz Talent Show. Somebody broke Kham's acoustic guitar's first string V_V That means that I don't have a 1st string to play my solo. AAAaaahhhh..My "band" sucked today.

Vocalists - supposed to be Aui, Amp, May, Kamol, and me. Ended up with all the girls in class ><" I must say it was almost a total failure *sighs* I couldn't play in beat. Erm..not actually. I can't get myself to play the slowly. LOL Argh the whole class was so noisy when I played the first part of the solo. Then they quietened down during the second part, and that was when it sounded awkward since there was no 1st string. I managed to do it on the 2nd string, but the guitar didn't have enough frets for me =P So it sounded rather silly V_V My fingers are still swollen...so numb...I'm just not made for the acoustic =P Thai Culture Class starts at 1.30. I was there till 4.00. I spent 2.5 hours making this stupid garland in class today. I bet I could spend 3 hours deejaying in a broadcasting room and not feel so tired and bored =D Like I'm going to make garlands after learning to make it. Like I'm going to sell it at the สี่แยกไฟแดง ><" The only chance I would make it is...erm...to decorate stuff during parties or whatsoever..But man..the atmosphere would change! Too formal!!! hahaha..so that brings the probability to 0.00% haha

I was sooo hungry during that 2.5 hours. Mom got some teabreak for me. I ate 1 sandwich and 3 donuts, along with a bottle of yoghurt!!

Mom rented Seasons Change for me!! I'm so happy. I am finally going to watch the movie!!! I'll get going...bathe..watch Seasons Change..and sketch out the script for my final demo on Saturday. It's going to be the BEST EVER!! Let's see...P' Shot hears it and likes it soooo much. She comes up to me asking if I am interested to be a trainee DJ in A-Time Media. I agree. hahahaha [dreams are my reality].

I'll probably be spending my week end with this green fella..It says "One month loan". I've just renewed it. That means that I have been time travelling for over a month..

I'm gonna talk abt Dan today. Dan as in Daniel Radcliffe, the Harry Potter boy wizard. [Maybe I shouldn't use the word boy here...]

The first HP movie came out when I was in 5th or 6th Grade. It was HP and the Soccerer's Stone. The trio looked really young at that time..Erm...4-5 years ago..I was abt 10. Dan was 12. Emma was 11. Rupert was 11 too, I guess. Hey, not too young actually. But well, they 'looked' young. I don't really rmb much about the movie...I guess I'll buy the whole set when the 7th movie comes out. I'm buying the whole set of books...soon, I hope. It better be nice!! I mean the design, blah blah...

2nd HP movie..I don't rmb when coz I didn't watch it in the theaters (just like HPSS). I only rmb the part when Hermione told Harry to drink the potion blah blah blah...really vague.

3rd HP movie..watched with Prae. I was in 7th Grade (I hope I rmb correctly haha). I started to realize that he looked good =P lol...but I soon forgot about him muahaha

8th Grade..I remember Mrs. Charity asking us to do a biography on our fave actor/actress. Of course, I choose Daniel Radcliffe. Didn't have mcuh choice haha...But that somehow got the fire going. I dunno why, but I loved Dan soooooooo much. Looks, I suppose =D I dunno how to tell you how crazy I was. I'm sure Prae, Ooh, Big, etc would know

9th grade.....woots HPGOF came out. Watched with Prae again haha. (and Kham - he was not supposed to be there!!) The whole time I was sitting near the edge of the chair. My eyes were kinda 'glued' to the screen!!!!!! And I also rmb that the theater was freakin' cold. haha Prae, do you rmb that I said โรงหนาวโคตรหนาวเลย แต่เราไม่หนาว เพราะรู้สึกอบอุ่น 555 Went to Swensen's for ice-cream..Kham played with my phone and erased my message. It was a line that Dumbledore said which I liked very much. It said something like "Although we speak in different tongues, but our hearts beat the same." I didn't save it. Just typed it and planned to use it as my MSN nick when I came back. KHAM!! You erased it!!!! I rmb that I was sooooooo mad at him. Didn't want to talk to him at all. I didn't even tell them why I typed it for, but Prae knew. She told Kham, and he was like "ohhhh..."

Then my HP collection began. Bookmarks, postcards, posters, calendars....from Prae, P' Champ, Intouch...thx guys...love ya =D

HPOOTP is coming out in a hundred and something days time...I'm sooo excited. Nah..not really. Joseph showed me the trailer a long time ago. I wasn't too impressed with Dan's new hairstyle. He cut his hair for December Boys, I think. I rmb complaining about him having long hair in GOF, but now...it's worse. I can't accept it. I hate guys with short hair!!!! All the HP movies I've watched in theaters were with Prae. Would we be able to watch it together this year? Or is it over with us? You're the best friend I've got so far...New and Laura really can't replace you. You need a girl friend to talk to too...not just guy friends.....rmb that I'm here for you, kay?

Equus was played recently...I can't take it any longer. Why does he have to do that??! He had a full 10 minute naked scene on stage. And a sex scene with some 24 year old actress. Okay okay, I know you can't be HP for the rest of your life, and at some point you would even stop filming it. You need to do different things. But why a naked scene? You swore and smoked too. I hate smokers. I don't believe you're doing it NOT because of publicity. I heard that you spend your money wisely. Your phone is even held together by sticky tape "because it still works." (I couldn't do that =p) I read somewhere that you are gaining access to your fortune this July when you turn 18. I hope you spend it wisely and don't hurt yourself.

I remember saying that I would watch every Daniel Radcliffe movie that comes along...I'm not too sure now. I don't think Dan stands where he used to be in my heart anymore. V_V It's just different. Ever since Equus. You still have your chance (นางเอ๊ก นางเอก 555) to prove yourself. I'm waiting for OOTP, HBP, and DH. (and December Boys). I hope you would do your best and still retain your HP look in all of your HP fans..............good luck and love ya =) "Do your best and God will do the rest."

It's about ใช้ลิ้น scratch แผ่น [Nowadays Scratch DJs use their tongues to scratch] Who could have thought about it other than our DJ Pharoah? hahaha btw she was the one who took Playground and Endorphine out of Sound Booth #1, causing chaos for P' J and me =S

Chinese class this morning...And doing the practice test for O' Lvls gave me 2 things to talk about on my 'fake' broadcast next Saturday. haha..It definitely is on the list, but I'm not sure if I'm going to talk about it.

How I wish I would be sooo lucky to be able to use the real broadcasting rooms for my demo next Sat. I don't want to use the CD players to cue my music. I want to use the computer. I want to use the hot keys for the ads and blah blah blah...I don't want my demo to be only 15 minutes. I want it to be long...Say at least half an hour. I won't have to go crazy trying to cue the chorus of the song. The computer is programmed!! Hmm.....let's see how lucky I am =) and if the room's free. *prays*

555 ไม่เลิกๆ Aaahhh...one of the happiest days of my life. Not in the sense that I'm happy as in happy happy. It's that I've been laughing all day. Seriously. haha..

So..today..went to GMM Grammy (again). Second time for my DJ training course. Made my first demo tape with DJ J..yes! DJ J and DJ Mae...man we planned so much for it last night..cut out several songs as I figured that we won't have enough time to play every song and the real DJs won't bother to listen (as expected they fast forwarded the songs haha). Went into Sound Booth #1..Found out that we were missing 2 CDs..No Endorphine and no Playground CD. Shoot shoot shoottttt........Those two songs were going to be the core of our 15 minute program. Everything screwed up (or at least we thought it did). How funny..I turned to the back after we were done with our demo tape and found the whole stack of CDs sitting quietly on the rack behind us. AAARRRGGHHHHHHHH!! But Endorphine and Playground wasn't there. Hmph~

Went back to the auditorium on the 21st floor. The real DJs played our demo tape. Ironically, it was so HILARIOUS for the whole batch of DJ Gen. Everyone was laughing. At me. OK OK I know I sounded stupid. I kept saying ลุย! ลุย! They said that I sounded like a gangster ready to fight. hahahahaha When DJ J talked about soulmates and said that we are fated coz we got to sit together to do this (fake) broadcast. I tried to sound shy..haha...I shouted อุ้ย เขิน..So loudly that it sounded stupidly fake. Who talks like that when he/she's ashamed? haha. So much for being a Drama Queen XD Then at the end I said Sayonara. A bit too loudly. Like I was some samurai or shogun going to draw out my sword and fight. LOL!! It was sooooooooooooooo hilarious I tell you. Then during our break so many people kept coming up to tease me. Funny way to get famous, I must say =D

Enough of 'embarassing' myself..Actually when I joined this course, I just wanted to learn how things worked for DJs and how their work is done. Weirdly though, DJ Oi and DJ Fiat (no not Waivich) made me change my mind. They made it sound as if it's sooooooo fun being a DJ. And I totally agree now =P

What should I say now? I can't wait for next Saturday for my solo broadcast...wootss....Why can't school be as fun as this? Why can't we have more hands on stuff at school and not always listening [or pretending to]?? It's BORING.

Aaaah...always feel bad after Talent Shows. The contestants are sooooo good.

First we had vocal solo. Zonya's voice was ... powerful. I can't seem to find the right words to describe her voice. It's just sooooo perfect!!

Instrumentals...hmm....Wat of course was great..haha Lily...don't feel so bad..you were good. You've improved a lot...c'mon...สู้ๆ จ้า อย่าเศร้านะ และอย่าโทษตัวเองมากเกินไป เรารู้ว่าวัฒน์เก่ง แล้วมันทำให้เสียความรู้สึก แต่ยังไงก็ตาม..ลีลลี่ทำดีแล้วนะ =D

See? Everyone's so good. Where do I stand? How can I claim the title "Musician"? My piano sounds good. But compared to Wat? Where can I hide? Flute. Okay la... Guitar. I don't know what to say. I'm not that bad. But I'm not good either. [I'm hugging Mr. Big's acoustic as I type this entry. Meant to practice..not blog !!] Saxophone..not bad. And I'm proud to say I learnt it on my own..[I don't wanna go on rambling about what happened 2-3 years ago when I decided to learn the sax and Parker won't teach me.] Violin...I suck. But I learnt it on my own!!! French Horn's the worst. I can't play brass instruments I suppose. Low blood pressure? I dunno. But I suppose I can play the Tenor Sax. hahaha Voice. I MUST improve my voice. It will improve. You'll see me on stage next year. Solo. Probably Avril Lavigne =D

Not in the best mood right now. Jack of all trades, master of none. I hate that. I don't want to be a master of none. I want to be the master of ALL. *cry*

Heya!!

Got lots of things going on...and a testimony (or two) from me...

FIRST TESTIMONY: TEACHERS INFLUENCE STUDENTS.

Yes, they do influence us to a great extent as to whether we hate the subject or not. We might hate the subject even though it's something we love (and vice versa).

Personally, I've never liked maths or science. That was till Grade 6. Mr. Elson was a great math teacher. I understood what he was teaching, and I was motivated somehow to study harder for it. In Grade 7 we had Ms. Wynona (now a Mrs.). Who could be better than her? Strict as she is, but I learnt loads from her. Great teacher I must say.

Let me jump to science for awhile. In Grade 7 we had Mita Das for Physical Science, didn't we? She wasn't a great teacher. At least she tried, right? She gave us LOTS and LOTS of notes. But everything in the tests were from those notes. You didn't actually have to take your thick and obviously heavy textbook home. [Hurray!] Physical Science was fun. Especially the chemistry part. hahahahaha

Then in 8th Grade...Jocelyn Kho for Earth Science. She was awesome. haha...ex nurse to a medical technologist...cool. She was sooooo super detailed in her teaching. And I understood everything. Loved science even more even though I complained about how much I hated Earth Science and wanted to study more Physical Science. haha. Ended up liking Earth Science =D

Mumu for Algebra 1 in 8th Grade. AAaaaahhh those guys (and girls) were so busy copying each other's work and tests. I tried not to. And I didn't. I tried...Even got Mr. Litton to tutor me on Sundays...not much help. I hated Algebra 1.

9th Grade: Frederick Milton Lee for Advanced Physical Science. Great teacher man...like mother like son =D [His mother gave us lots of essays to write in 3rd Grade. Helped me a lot. That's why I'm a good writer now. =X] But Fred didn't give us essays. He was just a great science teacher. If he has prepared his work beforehand. [Tutored me for IGCSE Physics. Boring. Not much help. Got a C for that module. V_V]

I miss worship in 9D !! hahahahahaha We used to sing from the first page of the song book and on and on...until about page 30 or 40 something. LOL..then we would skip pages...if the song was boring. We would study the songs if it looked interesting. haha Fred. [Rashee PANDEY would happily agree lol]

James Yoong for Geometry in 9th Grade. Nice guy. I didn't do too well, but lots of bonus points from him. Not free bonuses of course =D [Who can beat Laura in Geo? LOL*]

10th Grade!!! Boring year. This is the first time in my life that I actually dread going to school. Seriously. I really wanna drop out [be a high school drop out, who cares?] I actually care, lol. Finish IGCSE and either go to JC in S'pore..or whatever...study music in university..whatever...be an actress or singer or whatever silly ideas I come out with. Of course, that's not gonna happen. How could it????!!!!

BUT Pastor Das is a great Algebra 2 teacher. I'm starting to love Algebra now =P [if there's no such thing as graphs haha]

SECOND TESTIMONY: COMPUTER GAMES KILL YOU.

I was addicted to Bushtarion (online strategic game commonly known as Bush). I was so addicted to it...you won't believe it, but yes. I would come home after band practice, sit infront of the computer, log into Bush, have my tea infront of the com, do my hw infront of the com (still logged in), finish hw, attack someone in the game, dinner, bathe, Bush..Bush..Bush......

My grades did drop...I got a freaking C in computer...I think it was because I sucked at Excel. But I aced my typing. Algebra was horrible too...nearly C, I think... My eyesight...detoriated...No more perfect eyesight V_V

And OH! Keyboarding last year..I so wanted to prove myself to Reggie that I wasn't a C student. Of course I did. My speed is avg 85 words per minute. Fastest Typer. Faster than him. He's standing at a mere 60. hahahahahaha...but keyboarding classes hurt my eyesight as well...Staring at the stupid com for 45 minutes non-stop. ARGH

Just checked my eyesight today. Was 0.5 last year. now it's 1.25. Huge jump...

What else do I say now? Err.......It's time for DINNER !! tata~

(okay I know what you're thinking. Keep your mouths shut for just a bit. I know my blog looks stupid right now. Blogskins ain't working for me and I know nuts about HTML. That explains why my blog sux right now. BUT it'll look good in just a bit. If anyone's soooo kind to help me with it..you're the best!!)

Erm...haven't been blogging in erm...say..a year...HUH? only a year? I thought it was more than that.

So...erm..went to church today...Didn't stay for Stations of the Cross =X then went for lunch. Yummy yummy duck noodle. *slurp* Peter called. Again. Cool. He called last night...erm no the night before. I was watching TV, flossing, and chatting with him on the phone. Multi-tasking.

Actually, I'm happy to receive your calls man..Missed you so much (did I? jK*) When are you coming back from the US?? One minute one cent. That explains why talk is cheap (pun intended).

Talking about puns makes me think of Julius Caesar. AND OUR STUPID FINAL EXAM. Guys, I hope our plan works out on Monday..or whenever we're going to carry it out. We MUST make her change her mind okay? No one wants to memorize the whole of one act for the stupid final exam. Don't forget, stay calm. And remember to remind me to control myself when we're debating with her. I get soooo excited when it comes to debates and I don't control myself. Everything just comes out of my mouth. hahhahaha btw do we have the exam over Act 1 tmr?

Argh algebra exam tmr. LOG. aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh so confusing. log. ln. e. x. e-. log e e. ln e. what??
